Pick the iSpring RCC7AK if:

  • You have a standard 24-inch cabinet and don't mind the tank.
  • Upfront cost is your primary concern—the RCC7AK saves you $130+ on day one.
  • You want a proven system with a longer history of documented performance. The RCC7AK has been on the market since about 2016; the G3P800 is newer (2020 or so). For some buyers, that track record matters.

Neither is ideal if:

  • Your water has high sediment (above 20 NTU turbidity). Both systems need a pre-filter in that case.
  • You need consistent high flow for a commercial kitchen (multiple sinks, constant use). In that case, look at a point-of-entry RO system, not an under-sink model.
  • You want a system with a long warranty without conditions. Both Waterdrop and iSpring offer limited lifetime warranties, but they don't cover damage from improper installation (which is how most issues arise). Read the fine print.

One Last Thing on Manuals and Installation

Since 'waterdrop manual' and 'wall oven install' were in your search terms, I'll add this: neither system is plug-and-play if you're doing the installation yourself. The Waterdrop manual is better for the faucet connection (they include a clear diagram), but it lacks torque specs for the fittings. The iSpring manual is more detailed on the filter housing assembly but skips the tank valve tightness. I recommend using a torque wrench on any compression fittings—hand-tight is not always tight enough.

And if you're installing a wall oven at the same time, you're in for a busy weekend. At least the water system won't require a 220V circuit.
